		Terry Hetland/Broker-Owner was born and raised in rural Osakis. He purchased the business from his parents. Terry's parents purchased the business in 1986. Terry worked with them for five years then purchased the business in 2003. He knows the business and the area well!
		Paul Hartmann/Realtor was born and raised in Osakis, MN. He owned and operated Osakis Auto Sales from 1989 to 1993. He owned and operated Pauls Pump & Pantry in Osakis for 16 years. Paul also built Hartmann's Family Fun Center which is located on the east side of Osakis. In addition, he coached girls Tennis from 1991-2000. Paul is very knowledgeable on the history of Osakis both in its people and in its business climate.
